
Red Deer (cervuselaphusanatolica) also called Anatolian Red Deer are living in the triangle area covering the Mediterranean, Aegean and Central Anatolia and stretching to the North of the country to the Black Sea region. It reaches an upper body length of 2 meters, 1.50 meters shoulder highs and a weight of 300 kg.

The summer coat is reddish-brown with dark underpants and the winter coat is a dark slate gray with black underpants.
The hunting time for this wild species is in the rut time which starts in the end of September and begin of December.
